5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period — each offer will state its expiry.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• If there is evidence of collecting bonuses through fraudulent means, the account may be closed.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.

• Using the platform to harass or harm other users.
• Playing using robots, bots or automated software.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

8.1 Closure by baji24

baji24 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity on the account.
• An order from a court, government, or regulatory authority.
• The account being inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the User

You can close or suspend your account at any time by contacting our support team. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.
